PAYMENTS: If you are making multiple purchases through Paypal or Google, request an invoice for multiple item shipping discounts, I have not as yet gotten the discounts to work properly in this format. At this time I accept PayPal, Google and money order payments. I am a Paypal verified member. I also accept Google checkout. If you are paying by money order please let me know on completion of the sale. This way I will know to look for it. If you pay by e-check please also allow the extra time for your payment to clear.
SHIPPING: Shipping will be done within one business days of receiving cleared payment. I do ship on Saturday if the payment has cleared by 9am. Please allow extra time for Sunday and Postal Holidays. I ship USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority mail depending on the type of purchase. I also use delivery confirmation on most items sent this way. I offer combined shipping or shipping discounts when ever possible. If you don't see it feel free to ask. Many of my items are available for worldwide shipping. Please contact me before purchase for availability and shipping costs.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: I want you to be happy with your purchase and your shopping experience with me to be a good one. I will refund the purchase price and one-way shipping for most items upon return, but I need to be notified within 7 days of receipt. Check the refund policy on the item in question or contact me if in doubt. I recommend optional insurance for larger purchases. If you have any problems with your purchase please contact me so I can try to fix the problem to your satisfaction. The sale is not complete until the customer is happy!
SHIPPING COSTS: I ship by USPS First Class with delivery confirmation or USPS Priority. Delivery confirmation helps to provide tracking information if purchases are misdirected. Insurance is optional and extra. |
